Dear Mark,

We wanted to send you this letter to express to you our appreciation for taking Dave and I on as real estate clients, while in the process, you and your wife, Valarie, becoming great friends to both of us.

We had previously put our house on the market for sale with another real estate broker for a period of 45 days, and received absolutely no offers. We had decided to look for houses to purchase on our own through the internet. When we found a house that peaked our interest 5 months later, we called you so that you could show us this house. We were so happy that you were able to get us an appointment that very same day! We absolutely fell in love with that house! You were able to work out such a great deal for us to buy it, especially when we had to be a contingent buyer, we cannot thank you enough.

Needless to say, because of our previous experience, we then became very wary that our house would again not sell if we put it on the market. When you came to our house, you knew right away that you could sell it with no problems. You made suggestions that certain rooms should to be “staged” for a quick sale. We admired your confidence and your ability to make us comfortable with the fact that you really could do it.

You then set up an appointment for the staging consultant company, “Feels Like Home” Staging and Redesign. Only very subtle changes were made, but the impact they made was unbelievable. On the very first day our house went onto the market, we received three offers! This was a Thursday, and by Sunday, we had a deal already signed! We were blown away! We’ve been telling all of our friends what a great job they did, and are going to continue telling everyone about them.

Throughout the whole process, you were always willing and able to receive our calls, answer any questions we had, and really take care of every detail. Even after we moved into our new home, you kept following up with us. You always wanted to make sure that we remained happy…when any little thing was wrong with the house, you took care of it for us (even when it wasn’t your responsibility any more)!

Your confidence, knowledge, expertise, and “can-do” attitude were so amazing that we would definitely recommend you to all of our friends…and even any stranger on the street!
